1、 Lubrication
The working performance and service life of various mechanisms of a crane largely depend on lubrication.
When lubricating, the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical and electrical products should refer to their own instructions. Large vehicles such as traveling carts and overhead cranes should be lubricated once a week.
2、 Steel wire rope
Attention should be paid to the situation of wire rope breakage. If there are broken wires, broken strands, or wear reaching the scrap standard, new ropes should be replaced in a timely manner. Steel wire ropes that can be selected include phosphated coated steel wire ropes, galvanized steel wire ropes, and smooth steel wire ropes.
3、 Lifting equipment
Regular inspection of lifting equipment.
4、 Pulley system
The main inspection is to check the wear of the rope groove, whether the wheel rim is cracked, and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.
5、 Wheels
Regularly inspect the wheel rim and tread, and replace the wheel with a new one when the wear or cracking of the wheel rim reaches 10% thickness.
When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or when there are serious scratches on the tread, it should be re polished.
6、 Brake system
Each class should be checked once.
The brake should act accurately and the pin shaft should not be stuck. The brake shoes should fit the brake wheels correctly, and the gap between the brake shoes should be equal when releasing the brake.
7、 Reasons and preventive measures for oil leakage in reducers
There are three common reasons for oil leakage in gearboxes:
1. Due to the manufacturer's unreasonable design, design defects such as the lack of specialized ventilation holes or small ventilation holes during the design process can cause uneven pressure inside and outside the gearbox, resulting in leakage faults and lubricant oil leakage from the gearbox. It is also possible that the leakage is caused by poor sealing of the connection surface of the reducer during long-term use.
2. The limited level of processing technology results in insufficient contact surface of the box, leading to poor sealing performance and oil leakage.
3. Due to improper maintenance by operators or maintenance personnel during daily use, multiple internal blockages may occur and the internal pressure may be higher than the external pressure. At the same time, excessive oil and loose fasteners can also cause oil leakage between the two boxes due to loose joint surfaces.
